This hotel has a great location, right in the city center. All tourist atractions in Palermo can be reached by foot. Also, it is easy rechable from the airport by bus. Our room was very comfortable and clean, but a bit dark. Last but not least, the staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer our questions, recomand nice places to eat and even help us with our short trip to Monreale.

Excellent location in the heart of the city, friendly and polite staff (I was served breakfast even being late - special thanks to Marco ;)), quite a decent breakfast for B&B (no hot dishes but good snacks, salame, yoghurt, fruits and capuccino!). We visited Sicily in July 2013 for two weeks, of which a week was spent in Palazzo Gallo. We could not fault it at all, and would more than happily live in the apartment. It was very spacious, clean and had everything (and more) that you would need for self catering. Breakfast was left in the apartment and we found there to be more than enough to do both breakfast and lunch. We used the shuttle service to get from the airport to the Residenza which suited us well. The place was very clean and modern. The bathroom for the room is not actually connected to the room but across the hall. This isn't a big deal as there are only about 4 rooms in the hall. The minibar is cheap and well stocked.
