  Det var nytt, rent og Yakozi dusjen var deilig - Very nice and small hotel. Close to Via Nationale and only 30min walk to city center. The room was small but very comfortable, 5th floor and a nice view over Teatro dell Opera. The bathroom is excellent. No breakfast is no problem - nice caffees just down the street.   This apartment had everything we needed... except a kettle.... It was in a fantastic location, walking distance to everything. Our host, Gian Paolo, was welcoming and helpful. We ate at many local restaurants, walked to all the incredible historic sites and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rome! We walked down many other streets with some uneasy feel... hva folk sier » ings, but Via Viminale felt so safe and friendly. We would love to come back :)

  A surprise one could get such a charming hotel, with style and soul for a fair price in the centre of Rome! Owner and staff very friendly, helpful and there for you 24 h/day! The room was spotless, linen towels (one face, one feet) were almost starched in shining bathroom. We even had a french balcony, no disturbance from the major road outside. The breakfast was great! The staff was very polite, most spoke English very well, and was very accommodating. We woke up late one morning and were on our way out to buy breakfast and they brought the breakfast items back out so that we could eat there - we didn't even ask them to do this.

  We had a great time in this 'guest house', as it's not a hotel. We took a double room, it's was really new, clean and very well maintained. Breakfast buffet was opened for our access anytime during the day and night, but not to say that it's not to be abused, it's a small buffet but efficient.   Very good location, bus&metro station were near by, and it's also easy to reach lots of historical site by walk. Close to central station, and it's easy to find with the direction I received from hotel couple of days before I arrive. Staff were extremely helpful and hospitality. It feels so good to use a key to open the front door everyday, feel like a local come home:) - Not sure I want to provide a review about this place as it will be giving away a secret! I travel to Rome often and had to book this hotel at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised. What struck me the most was the friendly nature of the family running this establishment. I can only describe it as old fashioned hospitality with a genuine smile. Bedroom was huge for mid city standards and shower was larger than most 5 star hotel.
