  Hotel has good location, 5 min from metro. It is also close to Termini train station to reach easy Fiumicino airport. Room was clean, but small. The staff of hotel is friendly. Especially we want to thank Anton, who provide us with very helpful information and help us easily to orientate in Rome. - I like the position, I like the staff, I enjoy... hva folk sier » the breakfast, I like the building!   Excellent price to service ratio (cheap but good services). Air-conditioned room, clean, with no major problems (like bad small). Only sometimes we must "wait" for hot water for 5 minutes (see dislikes). Very good access from Termini station, by walk for approximately 25 minutes (follow the rail of the tram). Internet access was via one wifi acces... hva folk sier » s point and two repeaters on each floor. Sometimes during hot nights DHCP server doesn't respond - ask staff for restart the AP (or repeators - it dep - Staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. We were given an umbrella from receptionist when it was raining. Rooms were cleaned daily. Location of the hotel was excellent. 5 minutes from Manzoni metro station and 15 minutes from Termini. There's small supermarket across the street, and it will be handy for you as breakfast is very 'italian' in this hotel. Bed was ok, not extremely comfortable, but clean and felt quite fresh. The price-to-location ratio was five star!

  Friendly service and easy access to everything. We used the Metro, buses and trams to get around the city and found it very convenient. - Friendly staff, very proper room, good bed and bathroom (the shower was small but large enough!) - very firiendly staff/ everything OK

  Location from the train station (6 blocks) and the Metro (2 blocks) were ideal. Rooms were very clean and a nice size, as were the bathrooms - not at all cramped. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The basic breakfast was filling – three different fresh baked goods daily, juice, coffee or tea plus additional packaged biscuits and jam. This was a great plus! - The staff at the hotel were very friendly and they also give us safety advice during our stay in Rome. Love the breakfast. Overall it is very pleasure staying at this hotel even though the surrounding was not as expected.

  It is just one block from the termini station. The owners are nice. The air Conditioning works okay. Easy walk to grocery near metro and train - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location near Termini was very convenient.
