  In general the room, the staff who was very kind. People often complain about the breakfast but I think it is just fine. It is enough, at least :) Everything was clean, so nothing to say there. And they kept our bags even after we checked out (we checked out in the morning and had a late evening flight). - Location, Location. We enjoyed conversations about Italy with him. His cappuccino is good too.

  Atmosfæren - A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Five minutes walk to all the main sites. Easy to find (although it is on the fourth storey above the shops). Beautiful inside and spotlessly clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bedrooms could have been slightly warmer but it was February and the outside temperature was freezing. My wife and I agree that this was one ofour finest hotel stays in 40 years of travelling. The facility isabsolutely outstanding and the staff, and especially Gino, made us feelas though we were family. We have recommended it already to a number offamily and friends. Great experience!
