  Location was about 100 yards from Spanish Steps, and very close to a metro stop. AlsoRooms were very comfortable and bathrooms were good sized and modern. Service was excellent, from the concierge to the 24 hour butler service in the lounge.   Quality versus price is more than excellent . I have travelled a lot around the world and it would be great to find these kind of b&b's on my way ! Next time i visit Rome i will reserve a room here again !
