that's an oasis in the centre os naples! we reached the hotel by foot from the central railway ctation - there was rubbish everywhere while we were going, but caracciolo appeared like a miracle)) by the way, naples has it's own charm and i like it, but the difference is enormous on the first sight)) -

The staff were excellent. It is in a very good situation although the immediate square it is in, is slightly run down and can be intimidating at first. If the noise of fireworks upsets you, this is not the hotel for you, as there are a number of firework shops in the square and during the festivals there are constant loud bangs.

The staff were friendly, efficient, interested and keen to assist. looked after us and made our stay very enjoyable. Seemless check-in which took only minutes. It's very close to Naploi Centrale which was fantastic after a long days train travel and arriving after dark. Basic accommodation, but everything works and there's lots of hot water. Breakfast croissant coffee and juice is delivered to your room at whatever time you specify. At only 30 euros a night this is fantastic value for money.

Naples is really a beautiful city. The Covo degli Angioini is very well located, close to the harbor and a short walk from the shopping center. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, they explained everything we could see how all the monuments and the most characteristic places to eat.
They welcomed us really well. The room was large and very clean. We will be back gladly.

Sentralt Plassert - The hotel was right in the middle of Via Chiaia - a great location for visitors to Napoli. The room was lovely and modern and the shower rocked!!! The staff were so helpful - they even helped us to watch the Man United football match in our room when we couldn't find a bar that was showing it. - Stylish. Free upgrade to suite.
