that's an oasis in the centre os naples! we reached the hotel by foot from the central railway ctation - there was rubbish everywhere while we were going, but caracciolo appeared like a miracle)) by the way, naples has it's own charm and i like it, but the difference is enormous on the first sight)) -

The staff were friendly, efficient, interested and keen to assist. looked after us and made our stay very enjoyable. Seemless check-in which took only minutes.
