This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop.   Thanx to other opinions I knew that check-in is situated in another hotel (Piram) and hadn't no problems. The room was clean and spacious, as well as the bathroom. Hotel is situated very close to the Termini station, so there are no problems with reaching of the centre of the city on foot or with metro or bus. Neat and tastefully furnished rooms. Great for the money!
