  The manager Salvatore was extremely helpful. Our flight was late at night and to top it off, the flight was 20 minutes late. But Salvatore was there standing on a corner, waiting for us. It's a small place so it was never noisy. You could access beverages in the hallway anytime of the day. The place was situated close to the underground, which was... hva folk sier » convenient. Breakfast was simple but good. We were told that Salvatore's mum made the pastries and biscuits - delicious! The rooms were small side b - Location, cleanliness, staff, price, safe. Great location to visit Rome, it is a 2 min walk to the metro and less to the bus. It's nice to be away from the crowds however easy enough to get around. Let the staff know your arrival time and they will ensure they are there to meet you.

  Vittorio was a very sweet and friendly host. He lives upstairs so we texted him whenever we needed anything. Our room was enormous, with loads of useful furniture. Free coffee was lovely, wifi great. Having a child with us, it was really handy having access to a kitchen. - Convenient location (5 mins walk to the nearest metro station).   Excellent location, very nice owner, nice and tidy room with a terrace - perfect for breakfast. Breakfasts with fresh croissant, cornflakes, milk, tosts, jam and honey every morning, access to the fully-equipped kitchen all day long. Slight problems with warm water first night - but next day morning fixed by owner. It has 3 room and 8 people capacity, and 2 bathrooms. so we did not have any problem in sharing bathrooms and kitchen. also breakfast was on time and delicious.

  Everything was perfect. From the moment you walked into the door to the moment we walked out. Marco was fantastic. He spent time going through with us the sights, valuable tips and information about Rome. It was a most pleasure stay and as oasis in the chaotic city of Rome. Who even neatly folded and hung our clothes and - We come early in the morning to St. John's Terrace. There was a early and familary welcome from Giorgio, the manager. He offered us breakfast on the sweet terrasse and gave us useful tips for sightseeing and show us everything important in a little map which was for us. The room was like in the pictures. Nice design and very clean. The location of St. John's Terrace is also great. Nearly to the Metro you can reach all the nice places. A walk to the Colosseum takes 15 min. Breakfast was good and

Fantastic shower and bathroom. The location for us was perfect as we were back in Rome for a few days to visit the colleusem and this hotel is a short walk from there. Close to the metro too so easy access to Roma termini and other parts of the city. Via merulana we found had some great food options - especially if you walk a few blocks. Keep walk
