Its location was central to the train station, ideal for all site seeing. Hotel staff very helpful in obtaining any further info we required regarding train timetables, tour guides etc. Breakfast buffet was very lovely. - It was very comfortable and the staff all spoke english which was good as we do not speak Italian. The decor - the "watch" theme of the hotel was very well executed and permeated all aspects of design, even down to the taps and mirrors.
The location is ideal - a few minutes walk down the interesting streets and alley of central Florence.
The room was cosy, the bed & linen first class.
Buffet breakfast on the top floor (lifts available!) had a great view over Piazza Sant Maria Novella, and was plentiful.
