  Now this was a beautiful hotel! From the pre-arrival emails that provided great advise, to the excellent customer service throughout our stay. The room was beautiful (we had room 307).   Pierfranchesco was very helpful, indeed he kindly helped my try andcontact the airline after I had discovered I had left my ipod on theplane!! The room was small but very comfortable, 5th floor and a nice view over Teatro dell Opera. The bathroom is excellent. No breakfast is no problem - nice caffees just down the street.
