  Det var nytt, rent og Yakozi dusjen var deilig - Very nice and small hotel. Close to Via Nationale and only 30min walk to city center. The room was small but very comfortable, 5th floor and a nice view over Teatro dell Opera. The bathroom is excellent. No breakfast is no problem - nice caffees just down the street.   Stayed here 3 nights and would come back again & recommend definitely: - perfect location - just a few minutes from Termini station and a walking distance from all main sights of the city center - the apartment is light & spacious enough - with it's 2 twin bedrooms & 2 sofas in the living-room it is ideal for 2 couples or a family wit... hva folk sier » h children or a group of 4 - 6 persons - "all you need" equipped kitchen includes fridge, kettle washing machine(!), an oven(!) + microwave oven, plen - The owner was very helpful and was always available. We had some trouble connecting to the wifi and she gave us the use of her tablet which had a separate internet connection. She also didn't charge us for the wifi. The location is great as it is right next to the main road - Via Nazionale. It was also located in a very safe area as the place was next to the Ministry of Defence offices. Presentation-wise: you get what you pay for.

Breakfast buffet was opened for our access anytime during the day and night, but not to say that it's not to be abused, it's a small buffet but efficient. The location was great (very close to Termini train station and all other sightseeing spots.) and the room was very clearn. Our luggage arrived late (due to the airline mistake) and the owner of Aenea was kind enough to stay late in the evening to wait for it to help us. We give the highest rating for the hotel.

  A chauffeur service from the airport was a welcome additional service. The apartment was opened for us on arrival. This has not been the case at other apartments I have stayed at in Europe. Our host provided a helpful introduction to the apartment and the local neighbourhood. It is in a great location. It is an easy walk to metro stations and the ... hva folk sier » sites of Ancient Rome. A washing machine was a welcome addition after travelling for a couple of weeks. We didn't need a clothes dryer, because the we - friendly welcome service (our plane arrived late, and we arrived at the apartment past midnight - no complaint, no extra charges). We broke a lamp, but it was no problem at all. "Viminale" is an excellent location (also friendly and helpful neighbors - not seedy at all, as somebody wrote). Many sights within a short walking distance (colloseo, foro Romano, etc.). Nearby Metro gets you quickly and cheaply (1.50 euro for age 12 and up) to Vatican city.
