  The staff were extremely kind and helpful, seem to have a philosophy of providing excellent service for the paying customer. The rooms are very modern, very clean and comfortable. Everything carefully designed to the last little details in minimalist style and made of good quality. The coffee machine is not the best, ask for a proper one from the two ladies always attending the breakfast. - We found the staff very friendly and eager to oblige and made us feel very comfortable.   Very good location, bus&metro station were near by, and it's also easy to reach lots of historical site by walk. Close to central station, and it's easy to find with the direction I received from hotel couple of days before I arrive. Staff were extremely helpful and hospitality. It feels so good to use a key to open the front door everyday, feel like a local come home:) - Not sure I want to provide a review about this place as it will be giving away a secret! I travel to Rome often and had to book this hotel at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised. What struck me the most was the friendly nature of the family running this establishment. I can only describe it as old fashioned hospitality with a genuine smile. Bedroom was huge for mid city standards and shower was larger than most 5 star hotel.
