  Our room was spacious with modern furniture and a nice modern bathroom with a good shower. We looked on to an interior courtyard, so it was very quiet. The guesthouse is situated in a square where we enjoyed sitting out in the evenings and it is a minute's walk from the metro stop Re di Roma. Clean room and very nice owner! The windows goes to the side of yeard so it was quiet even you may listen birds singing at the trees.

  My boyfriend and I stayed there for 3 nights and we loved it! It is an new b&b so all the equipment are so new, clean and modern. The location is good as only 5-10 mins walk from the metro station and there are lots mini store or supermarkets nearby so it's so convenience.   We had an excellent experience. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The guesthouses's staff was welcoming and helpful when it came to answering our questions. During the check-in, they even made recommendations of cheap restaurants in the area that serve traditional Italian dishes.
