  The staff were very friendly and helpful. We even came 30 min late to breakfast the first morning and they said it was no problem, and even brought us a warm croissant from the kitchen. - The staff was very nice, the room clean and warm and confortable. The breakfast was enough for all tastes.

  The location - it is in Lido which is a breeze to travel to Venice via the water bus, and you get to enjoy the peace and tranquility at Lido. The price is good an the breakfast buffet is wonderful. The staff were really lovely and the breakfast was ample. The rooms are basic but very comfy with a nice TV, hair dryer and free toiletries. Our room also had a small balcony with table and chairs.   The hotel's location. It on the opposite side of the road near to the Excelsior. Full suite of lido beach experiences nearby, from the very expensive Excelsior to a free beach (about 50m of sea front, volleyball court at back). There are a couple of beach clubs nearby which are good value. The room we were in had a balcony which overlooked the ten... hva folk sier » nis club. The balcony was of a good size with a table and two chairs. Helpful staff. - We stayed for a week and enjoyed our experience very much. It was the best way to visit Venice and also spend some days at the beach. The staff were wonderful. Also to our surprise, Lido center itself was very relaxing and a nice walk from the hotel.

  The best hotel I've been in Italy. No doubt. Loved the hotel, loved the staff, loved our room. It even had a small and unexpected jacuzzi. It was further away then what was promised on bookings.com , not a problem though, since there was a small vaporino shuttle running whenever we need it to - even late at night!!   Liked everything about this hotel. Calm location away from the tourist hassle and just 5­-7 min walk from piazza San Marco. May be a bit far from the train station but for us it was not a problem, walking through Venice is a pleasure of its own. Besides you can always take a vaporetto which stops nearby.
