  Excellent location. Also, despite some bad(ish) reviews on various websites all 10 in our party found the staff very pleasant and helpful, the dining room excellent for both breakfast and evening meals and could not fault anything. The free internet access also very useful as were the many other included facilities. - A real find. We traveled by c... hva folk sier » ar, and were able to take the ferry to the Lido and park behind the hotel. The room was spacious for three people with a nice view back towards the city. We departed before breakfast, and hotel provided "breakfast packs" to go, free of charge.

  The location - it is in Lido which is a breeze to travel to Venice via the water bus, and you get to enjoy the peace and tranquility at Lido. The price is good an the breakfast buffet is wonderful. The hotel is only a 5 minutes walk from the water bus station and there is a departmental store + supermarket nearby. - Superb location for both the L... hva folk sier » ido beach and for the boat in to Venice. The staff were really lovely and the breakfast was ample. The rooms are basic but very comfy with a nice TV, hair dryer and free toiletries. Our room also had a small balcony with table and chairs. The price was excellent for the location.

  The best hotel I've been in Italy. No doubt. Loved the hotel, loved the staff, loved our room. It even had a small and unexpected jacuzzi. It was further away then what was promised on bookings.com , not a problem though, since there was a small vaporino shuttle running whenever we need it to - even late at night!!   Liked everything about this hotel. Calm location away from the tourist hassle and just 5­-7 min walk from piazza San Marco. May be a bit far from the train station but for us it was not a problem, walking through Venice is a pleasure of its own. Besides you can always take a vaporetto which stops nearby. The incheck was very fast and the night receptionist was very helpfull. the room was very clean and the breakfast was also fine. We liked the hotel very much.
