This hotel is a lesson many top starred hotels should learn from on how to provide service. Joey and Lorenzo are very helpful, providing personal service and tips on what should be visited. Though missed the brea - What a great little place in a perfect location. The staff is amazing and very helpful. We were first time visitors to Italy. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us print out tickets etc. Recommended some of the best food we had. The location is tucked away in a coutyard by a church right off of a main street that leads to everything you would want to see in Florence. Would stay there again.

We were welcomed by David who was incredibly helpful and recommended two restaurants in the local area that were out of this world and very reasonable for the quality! Could not want a better location just minutes from Ponte Vecchio on the quieter side of the river.   The location has to be the big plus. Minutes from the ponte vecchio bridge! You are so close to all the main attractions in Florence. Although our flight was badly delayed and we arrived very late,we were warmly welcomed. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brought to your room which added a nice touch! I'd definitely recommend this as - The room was big, comfortable and clean, as well as our own private bathroom. Since it faces on a very tiny alleyway it is also very quiet during both night and day. Also, location was just perfect, right in the city centre, very close to all the main attractions. Laura, the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly.

  Central location. We could walk to all the sites. Apartment was large and well equipped. It was a relatively easy walk from the station with luggage. Office for check-in was between station and apartment so easy to access. - Good location, the design of the appartment is interesting, all equipment is modern.
