This hotel is a lesson many top starred hotels should learn from on how to provide service. Joey and Lorenzo are very helpful, providing personal service and tips on what should be visited. Though missed the brea - What a great little place in a perfect location. The staff is amazing and very helpful. We were first time visitors to Italy. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us print out tickets etc. Recommended some of the best food we had. The location is tucked away in a coutyard by a church right off of a main street that leads to everything you would want to see in Florence. Would stay there again.

We were welcomed by David who was incredibly helpful and recommended two restaurants in the local area that were out of this world and very reasonable for the quality!   Central location. We could walk to all the sites. Apartment was large and well equipped. It was a relatively easy walk from the station with luggage. Office for check-in was between station and apartment so easy to access. - Good location, the design of the appartment is interesting, all equipment is modern.

  Everyting! Absolutely perfect stay, beatiful suites. Location is very good. Room is huge, jacuzzi and shower are both great. Very comfortable stay. Staff was helpful. TIP- go to the top level of the bar on the roof- good food and amazing view on sunset. We had a junior suite in the guesthouse which was really spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is very spacious and luxurious. Staff were really friendly. Nice breakfast especially in the terrace with a nice view.

With relation to the staff, Rosa in particular went out of her way for us several times.
