It is easy to get the hotel from the central train station with the bus No 60. Good location not so far from the city centre. There are coffe shops bakery bars and restaurants on the street close to the hotel. Very basic accomodation just a bed and a bathroom but it was clean and it was enought for us for a night. Staff are very friendly and helpf

What's not to like? The design of the hotel defies to usual luxury hotels' boring design.
The rooms are designed to be cosy, and it definitely is. The rooms were appropriately lit, the TV had wide range of channels and the interior décor was just amazing.
Bed was big and comfy with 2 pillows each.

the hotel is the best i like every thing staff is very polite ,helpfull in reception earea thiey know how to deal with customer they smile & welo=come all the time even if they guide us to visit place in milan or other round city they ask about feed back if we inerested or not they take care of small details to keep us confort & enjoy..food is delicious ..hotel location is amazing next to all famous brand & gallria only ten minutes walking ..room design is amazing i like flower prin

Supermarket, everything. - The hotel is situated in a superb location, a lovely walk to the Duomo, but surrounded by a vast choice of restaurants and cafes etc. The breakfast choice was excellent and served for 3 hours with fresh supplies being brough out frequently. The staff at this hotel cannot be faulted on service and friendliness. Highly recommended!!

I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.

The Hotel really is behind the Duomo. There was still renovationshappening inside the hotel and road works at the Piazza Fontana, butsomehow, we could hear no noise at all from our room. The hotel is very well located, only a few steps from the Cathedral and Vitoria Emanuelle Gallery with tons of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of amenities and pillow choices.
The hotel in general is new and modern and I would definitely go back.
