It's very close to Garibaldi railway station and to Piramide metro station. About 15 min going by foot to the Coliseum. 2 fruit shops are very close. And lots of pizzerias and small kafes.
The owner is very friendly and helpful, we were in touch by email before our arriving.
It wouldn't be so easy to find the hotel if I hadn't check it beforehand

Everything was perfect! Room was big, clean and well-organized with new facilities. There's plenty of breakfast and also automatic coffee machine. You can cook your meal with full kitchen and microwave. Staff and owner were very friendly. They were always in contact even in the evening I was wondering how to turn on the air-conditioner. Bathroom was clean and spacious too. I will absolutely stay here again if I go to Rome!

this was the loveliest B&B we stayed in! I have never felt so at home:) this hotel is a couple of minutes away from the train station and the metro and also there is a bus that takes you directly to the vatican city!
As for the rooms they are so cozy and warm the furniture are so nice and the bathroom too! the room is very clean tidy and comfortable and has everything you need to feel at home! the breakfast area is also cozy and the breakfast is delicious! we stayed two days so we had the

I had a very pleasant stay at Caligola resort and hereby recommend it to everyone! The location is just great, nearby to Trastevere. Roberto, the landlord, is a very friendly and a helpful man. He makes you feel comfortable just like being at home. The location is ideal and safe to discover the trastevere district (many bars, restaurants...lively place at night). The hotel is very clean, bedroom service was very good.

Staff was very friendly but obviously language barriers limited helpfulness. Breakfast was quite decent. Bus / Tram was right out front so convenient. Room was very clean and a/c was a big plus. Felt very secure as entry is through a large locked gate. -

We stayed 5 nights in the spacious and quiet apartment with garden, two streets away from the B&B rooms. It was nice to sit and relax in the garden after walking all day. The staff were so friendly and helpful and it was the best location in Rome to stay if you want to be close to restaurants and bars and only a short walk from all the main attractions.

It was a good location but difficult to find. We needed better
directions since no one we asked and our gps were not helpful in
finding the street address. The 2 staff members there were pleasant,
very helpful and kind, Breakfast was amazing and they even set the
dining room breakfast up early for us because we had to leave early for
our flight. -

The staff were lovely, helpful and pleasant.The whole experience was extreemly luxurious and wonderful! There is much attention to detail in the rooms and a wonderful courtyard to enjoy at leisure. The hotel is well situated and within walking distance of all Rome's wonderful attractions. A true haven for weary travellers! This is our second visit

The owner Alex is absolutely friendly and his hints and tipps are in any case of great help and value. His B&B is very modern, absolutely clean and from high standard. Kind and helpful owner, who gave us many recommendations for Rome and managed to give us a free ride to the station on departure.
Very modern, clean and nice looking room and bathroom.
In good reaching distance to the city by bus.
Good coffee at the breakfast.
Although we did not like the breakfast Alex was very zealous to do the best he could - he even got some lactose-free milk for us when he heard one of us does not tolerate lactose although we did not ask him for it.

Fantastic accomodating staff who allowed us to store our bags in a spare room after checkout. They also helped us print out boarding passes, order airport taxi etc. Great location, a lovely breakfast was served by a very sweet lady which we were able to enjoy on our little balcony with a view of the rooftops and colloseum!

This place is a Trastevere gem! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of all of the action (noise wasn't too bad, didn't have to use the ear plugs I brought). Beautifully appointed, recently renovated rooms. Staying here made us feel like we were living like locals, rather than hotel guests. Pastry and coffee for breakfast at the cafe

Beautiful character rooms nicely renovated but remained charm, with lovely luxury details, like monsoon shower head , robes and slippers available to wear, .. Fridge with juice and able to make hot drinks at any time in room next door.
Vouchers for a coffee and croissant provided for each day you are there, available at choice of 2 cafés within a few metres of entrance.
