  I very much liked the simple, un-fussy atmosphere, like an old fashioned pensione; the situation was superb, with the Pantheon outside my window. But I thought it was too expensive for what it was - €170 a night is a lot for a very unpretentious place. - Fantastic room, not in the actual hotel. View of Panthenon, wow! Good security.

  Hotel Clarisse is lovely. Simple rooms but clean and comfortable. However it's the staff that make it a great hotel. They go out of their way to help you with your traveling plans around Rome and make you feel welcome. Sergio in particular was wonderful to us. He told us about an amazing local restaurant, found last minute tour to the Vatican, and... hva folk sier » even accompanied me to a shoe repair to help translate. I would stay here again simply for the service. - The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.

  The location, top notch! The flexibility offered by it's proximity to numerous of the important and historical sights of Rome, made Hotel Adriano the best hotel option for us. We highly recommend Hotel Adriano to all travelers. Delux Room had plenty of space and comfortable, albeit 2 single beds pushed together, rather than the double we were expecting. Air conditioning was a life saver in the heat.   This hotel is really convenient to exploring Old Rome. The Coliseum was a little bit of a walk, but all the other big sights were within a 20 minute walk. The best A/C I experienced in - I had all sorts of problems that stressed me out the day I checked in. The cab driver couldn't find the hotel and dumped me out blocks away with heavy luggage because he could not find the street and When i finally arrived I realized I had managed to lose the key to my suitcase! Also the light was out in part of my room.the young staff kindly helped me to sort out all of this. Also The breakfast arrived bang on the time I asked for it. My feedback is all about the service.
