  It was a very good location. Although we passed the door once and had to go back. The first impression when entering the main door was not the best. But then when we entered the door to The Pantheon Relais it was a different world. So elegant,nice and comfortable. The room had been refurbished 3-4 months ago and was so nice.that goes for the bathroom as well. - Great location and good value for price. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.

  Location! It is perfect for walking everywhere, the Pantheon is 2 or 3 minutes' walk, as is the best gelato in Rome. We stayed in the loft apartment-complete luxury! We arrived hours before checkout and wanted to drop off our bags but our room was ready so we were able to check in straight away. The staff at reception were really friendly and helpful especially Valentina. The location was brilliant, walking distance to all the major attractions and we were so comfortable and relaxed. An awesome place to stay!

  Francesco the owner made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived and he was a wonderful host for the duration of my stay in Rome. The location of Baldassini is perfect. It is so central that most things are within very easy walking distance, and it's always such a pleasure to walk the streets of this beautiful city. The street was qu - I was a bit nervous booking this because there weren't many reviews, but it far exceeded our expectations! Breakfast was the best, complete with scrambled eggs and fried bacon along with the normal Italian breakfast staples. The owners are wonderful hosts and had amazing recommendations for dinner.   They were very accomadating when we were delayed in London for two days (cancelled flight) and needed to move our reservation by that number of days. Bookings.com helped us with this (not sure it would have turned out the same if they hadn't). As others have said, the hotel was in a great location. Our room was no frills, but all we did - The size of our room was good with very high ceilings adding to the feeling of a very spacious room. Free wifi worked efficiently in the room. Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent. Within 5 minutes walk of Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and just a little bit further for Trastevere. A good value hotel for the location.

The staff was extremely welcoming and assisted us with everything we needed (directions, restaurants [Gino’s was fantastic!], and the private chauffeur). The staff gave my husband and I a bottle of champagne for our 11-year anniversary and eve - Extremely helpful and friendly staff made our stay memorable. Close enough to walk to all of the major tourist attractions. Clean comfortable room with great shower facility a plus after a days sightseeing. Private airport transfer they arranged was by a mercedes and was only 7 euros more than an airport taxi, well worth it. The rest of Jonathan, Simona and Constantin's help and recomendations were just as good.
