  Amazingly great place! Looks even better in reality than on the pictures. Great location (5 min to Colloseum, Roman Forum and Monument Vittorio Emmanuel). B&B was recently renovated, it is very stylish, clean and tidy. We stayed there for 3 nights, in the room with external bathroom, which was absolutely comfortable as the bathroom is just 2 s... hva folk sier » teps from the room. The bathroom is faced with marble tiles and looks very beautiful. But what makes this B&B really a gem and definitely a place - The room was very nice, including a queen size bed. The surrounding view of the Forum and Colosseum from the roof top patio was the best. You just could not beat having free breakfast in the morning or a a glass of wine in the evening and then go to the street level and be right there in the center of Rome with reasonable priced restaurants (thanks to the near by college) and all the historic sites.

  Giorgio was great all the time and very friendly, the bathroom and room was very clean and very nice decorated and the heat worked perfect. We had some trouble with the internet (problems of the internet service company, not of the hotel) and Giorgio solved it the next day.   Location is excellent in - walking distance to most major attractions. Lots of good restaurants close by. Room size was great, very spacious and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us which was helpful. We were also able to check out very late as there was no one needing the room immed... hva folk sier » iately after us. We rented bikes from a small bike shop close by (details were at the reception), and saw even more of the city. Just be careful of t - Location is great! Breakfast - in the room or on the common terrace - very good. This is a b&b on the 2nd floor of an old block, and once you get to the 2nd floor it's excellent, the rooms are large, well fitted out, clean and well serviced. However, although the booking photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.
