  The reason I chose this hotel was the fabulous location - when in Rome,I spend most of my time at the ancient monuments, and this place is right at the bottom of the via Cavour, literally a minute or two from the Roman and Imperial Fora. I had a deluxe room and it was lovely - faciltities were good, nice shower, tv, safe, fridge - all you would ne... hva folk sier » ed. Everything was clean and though the style of decor would, for some, probably be a little out of date, I thought it was quite charming. Note though - Once we arrived the staff was prompt and happy to greet us. Though we didn't speak Italian they spoke enough English to communicate perfectly. The stay was great, we decided we needed to stay a second night without booking it and they ensured me it wasn't a problem offering me the same rate. Ana Paola and Luigi were extremely polite and helpful. The location is right dead in the heart of Ancient Rome, absolutely amazing for the price. Tons of restaurants and bars close as well.

  They were very accomadating when we were delayed in London for two days (cancelled flight) and needed to move our reservation by that number of days. Bookings.com helped us with this (not sure it would have turned out the same if they hadn't). As others have said, the hotel was in a great location. Our room was no frills, but all we did - The size of our room was good with very high ceilings adding to the feeling of a very spacious room. Free wifi worked efficiently in the room. Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent. Within 5 minutes walk of Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and just a little bit further for Trastevere. A good value hotel for the location.

Via del Corso is perfect for shopping from Piazza Venezia up to Piazza Popolo - you can walk whole street for shopping and - Perfect location for seeing all the relevant sights. A few mins from the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Colloseum. Only a 15 min walk to The Vatican. The hotel rooms are suberb,very modern and clean with remarkably comfortable beds. The bathroom is big and the shower is so relaxing. The staff are really out of this world. They made us feel like we were family and could not do enough for us.
