Bra beliggenhet ved Grande Canale. Kort vei å gå fra jernbanestasjonen ca 10 minutter. Stoppested for vannbussen ved Piazzale Roma rett nedenfor hotellet. Pent hotell og hyggelig personale. Note: This visit was in the month of March, so no comment can be made about the comfort of the room in the summer months. - The hotel was excellent and the location superb. Located right across the bridge from the train station and next to the vaporetta station we were able to see and do everything with little effort. The room was very nice and continental breakfast fresh and good.

The location was fantastic. Quiet location away from the hustle but very quick and wasy walk. The hotel is much more attractive than the photos show. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good with eggs, meat, cheese and more. I would highly recommend to anyone especially families - we are 4 persons - 2 young adult c

Pretty location on the canal - The staff were very friendly, efficient, and helpful; the breakfasts were good; the room was comfortable, with a small balcony overlooking the San Vio canal; and the location was excellent, convenient for Accademia and the bridge across to San Marco, for waterbus services around Venice and to/from Marco Polo airport, and for good restaurants nearbv.

The hotel is very well located. It is very close form the train station and a couple steps from the bus and taxi station. You can easily reach San Marco by foot and easily get back by boat. It was really great staying in this hotel. The personell was very nice and kind. Special thanks to Georgio and Irina, they were very great. Great hotel really.

Excellent location. Also, despite some bad(ish) reviews on various websites all 10 in our party found the staff very pleasant and helpful, the dining room excellent for both breakfast and evening meals and could not fault anything. ... hva folk sier » ar, and were able to take the ferry to the Lido and park behind the hotel. The room was spacious for three people with a nice view back towards the city. We departed before breakfast, and hotel provided "breakfast packs" to go, free of charge.
