  Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Reception, bar, restaurant and cleaning staff are all to be commended. Very relaxing atmosphere. Understated luxury. Good location if you like a quiet district near to the city centre. - Cute hotel with nicely styled rooms.   The hotel manager, Andrea, greeted us personally and issued a map with all the suggestions of where to go and where to dine, what to do and what not to do. Furth - I loved the fact that it is a small hotel, and the service is personalised, flexible and very friendly. It is very quiet, there is not a lot of coming and going, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful bathroom and toiletries with a lovely big bath. Fabulous! It is also a short walk to the station, which was a big advantage. It is close to the metro, and if you like walking it is an enjoyable walk to most attractions.

  Its great to know Rome, you really can't be closer to the center, 5 mins fron the Spanish Steps, 15 mins from Piazza Venecia, 25 mins from the Forum, Coliseum and Palatino! This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building, not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't be beat and the price is right. It was one of the few places I could find in central Rome that had American-sized king beds.

Generally comparing to the other hotels where I've been - one of the best for quality/price. I was surprised I did not except the nice breakfast nor a decent size room . Most hotel rooms in rome are tiny . there is usally one foot between the wall and the bed. . This had two feet.
