There is a lovely garden around the hotel. It was easy for us and our 8 year old son to walk to all major attractions. The area is quiet at night and there are excellent nearby restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, consisting of cold meats, cheese, eggs, fresh fruit, cereals and numerous tarts and pastries.   The moment we arrived, we realised that we had forgotten my backpack in the taxi and our taxi driver had already taken off. My passport was in the backpack and so was my credit card. The guy at the counter was so nice that he did everything to accommodate us. He called all the taxi stations and really got involved to help us find my back pack agai... hva folk sier » n. He checked us in, gave us a room based on his trust and empathy. Amazing staff! Luckily the taxi driver drove back and handed back the forgotten ba - Location, location, location! The hotel was in an excellent location and that made all the difference in the world! The room was decent sized and clean and free breakfast and wifi topped it off. Staff very friendly and helpful - thus was the first trip that I accepted every restaurant recommendation from a hotel and I was not disappointed!

  We got an upgrade to an excellent room. The staff were extremely nice and helped us with our Italian. Barbara was especially nice and made our reservation at the Borgese gallery. Everything was excellent and the staff could not have been better. - very nice, good location, excellent breakfast although they should reduce the charge for children

  The location was perfect and close to everything - 5 mins to metro stop, park around the corner, Spanish Steps 5 mins away. Very quiet location and no street noise (we had an inner courtyard room). Hotel staff was extremely nice and provided great recommendations for dinners in the neighbourhood. Plenty of room for my family of four. Room was nicely decorated with a large bathroom. Quiet location.
