  We got an upgrade to an excellent room. The staff were extremely nice and helped us with our Italian. Barbara was especially nice and made our reservation at the Borgese gallery.   This B&B is close to Roma Termini (10 minutes walking) and is run by a very friendly staff. You take the lift to the 4th floor and climb the stairs to the 5th. The room and the bathroom are not very large, but everything was very clean. Our room had a window on the roof which gave it an extra charm.   Zaiga and Stephanie took care of us with such a friendly customer service, personal touch and they are very helpful for first-time guests in Rome. They also showed us all available rooms upon request for our next visit. We stayed in I-room across from the reception. It does not have a tub but it has a big spa-like shower. The location, as previously mentioned by ot - We stayed in iRooms for three nights. Great location, very comfortable bed, very relaxing, big jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was downstairs in the next door restaurant – lovely traditional Italian breakfast but there is a choice of British, American etc for extra 5Euros. We appreciated very much Zaiga, who was looking after us during our stay. She was extremely helpful with all our requests. We enjoyed our stay so next time in Rome - definitely iRooms.
