While not in the historic district, the B&B is in a quiet location, easily reachable (2 stops on the #22 or #23 bus) from the train station.

The location is a close walk to the train station, the staff is friendly and helpful to English speakers. The rooms are comfortable and privacy is there for your private shower and bathroom located just out of your room. Air-Conditioning is there for those hot Florence days which I had.
The train station is maybe a 10-15 minute walk, add another 15 minutes from there to Florence Cathedral.

Claudio, Roberta and Sylvia were amazing, they recommended exceptional restaurants, organized tours and taxis and guided you to the must see sites.
