  Sentral beliggenhet. Meget godt renhold. Smakfull innredning.- Ellers svarte ikke hotellet til forventningene. Ingen av de to andre hotelleneh krever betaling på forskudd. Eneste gangen vi så servicepersoner var ved ankomst. Altfor dårlig samsvar mellom forhåndsomtale og det vi opplevde. Firenze er en vakker by. They were five star and great value for money. Lots of room and really lovely to go back to each night after wandering around Florence.
