  All staff was very friendly and helpful, speaking fluent enough english. Even though our room was a bit small it was enough for two people to feel confortable. It was very silent, we did not hear the other guests or outside noise. Wi-fi worked properly. Room was cleaned and towels changed everyday. We went to Rome on July 1st and sinceour return home, we have been telling our friends that travel to makesure to stay at the Pinewood!!!
