  Location was fantastic just by the colosseum and surrounded by loads of restaurants and bars which were very reasonably priced. Staff were really friendly. Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Rooms were small but very nice perfect for a city break. Staff arranged transfers to and from hotel. Good breakfast. On the whole brilliant hotel. Will def... hva folk sier » initely be going back to hotel again - Absolutely everything! It surpassed our expectations. We had a lovely room with a cozy sitting area. The breakfast was such a fantastic assortment of foods. The staff were so friendly and heplful; recommendations on where to eat, etc. It added to our visit to Rome. Would definitely stay there again.

And last but most importantly...Location, Location, Location. - The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They really made us feel really welcome. As soon as we arrived they highlighted and recommended all the great places to visit and also the best ways to get there which was great for us. The facilities were good for the price we paid and the location was spot on - we couldn't have chosen a better place - right next to the Colosseum!

  What a wonderful place. Loved it. I arrived and was greeted by Diego and Milena the owners of this charming little "boutiquey" b&B. What perfect hosts, so helpful and kind they even gave me a phone charger for my mobile phone as I had forgotten mine!!! My wonderful Roman breakfast, delicious cappuccino was brought up - Very interesting location.. I couldnt believe my eyes that it views 'the colloseum'. I'm relieved that I did not choose to stay at the Termini.. Because in terms of transportation, it didnt make any difference... This place offers everything, surrounded by archeological/ historical tourist attraction, convenient shop, taxi just infront of your door step, bus stop and sightseeing bus just 200 meters away, restaurants... And most importantly, u can just lie down on the bed and watch the colleseum
