We were staying in the Colosseum Garden II: 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is very big, clean and cozy, comes with a nice and equipped kitchen.
Towers were changed everyday and beds were made.
Hot water for shower was good and consistent.
There was a notice not to touch the switch for the hot water in the bathroom. Just take note that the switch has to be constantly "ON".

Hotellet var nyoppusset til en moderne og svært bra standard. Et ekstrapluss var sengen! Meget god, med ergonomiske madrasser og puter. We loved the Maison Colosseo! We stayed before and after our cruise from Civitavecchia. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and spacious. It is just a short walk to the Colosseum with some good restaurants conveniently nearby. We highly recommend!

Hotel owner was a lovely, elderly lady who couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful (she even gave us a wake up call at 04:15 on day of departure and ordered taxi transfer to Termini for us).
