  very clean and modern and it was only 2 minutes walk from the Termini. The staff were great and very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Also the use of a free laptop with internet access in your own room was also excellent - It was an excellent choice. Staff very helpful.   Hidden gem close to Termini. Perfect walking distance from station, 5 minutes. Very comfortable, nice design, spacious, very clean and modern. It was very easy to relax. Real life was better than pictures! Says a lot. Breakfast was nice at the next door neighbor restaurant, it is Italian style, which means loads of suger, but tasty! We had different type of - Extremely friendly staff. Nice modern furniture and excellent location. Not really a hotel, yet an apartment complex, with daily towel exchange and cleaning but no room service, which is compensated by free bottles of water left for you in the mini bar. Very good breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. Awesome location. For groups of 4 it would have been even nicer, as 2 bedrooms share a living room with a nice kitchen, couch and desk. The BnB is very clean and spacious, there is even a computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street near the termini.
