  Babu stood up for his reputation being an excelent host. Room is spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom clean and large. Tv + a/c very good. Also wifi connection. The location is excellent. 3 blocks from termini. I searched Google Earth before and it was easy to get there. Also the breakfast was nice and in italian... hva folk sier » style consisting in croissant and cappucino. I recommend this hotel and I would return back with great pleasure. - I stayed there over the weekend with my friend. We appreciated their flexibility; we did not have to pay extra for late arrival (around 22pm Friday), we could leave our luggage after check-out until late afternoon hours of the day of departure. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.

  This hotel is in a secure building. The staff was great and very accommodating. It is in a very good location with in a couple of minutes to catch the bus, taxi, or train. - Great location with really access to the Repubblica metro station. Big rooms, not usual for europe!

The location is very good: near the railway station Termini (it is especially great if you use the train to/from the airport), walking distance from the downtown and 1 min from metro.   Very nice, clean and frendly place. Great location Termini station is 10 min walk distance, the Metro station was 3 min walking. Coliseum is 15 min walk. Daniele, was very helpful and nice. When he tells you what is good to do in and around the area, you should listen. The location is near the metro, so getting around isn't really a problem. The rooms are kept nice, they're clean and tidy.
