  It is just one block from the termini station. The owners are nice. The air Conditioning works okay. Easy walk to grocery near metro and train - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location near Termini was very convenient.

  Location ... and rooms were clean and mordern .. got off the plan took a bus droped us 2 mis walk from the hotel .. next day hop on hop off day tours were just 10 mins walk .. lot of resturants close ..lady in the morning helped us to put the bags up .. thanks to her - The hotel is very clean and well located.   Babu stood up for his reputation being an excelent host. Room is spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom clean and large. Tv + a/c very good. Also wifi connection. The location is excellent. 3 blocks from termini. I searched Google Earth before and it was easy to get there. Also the breakfast was nice and in italian... hva folk sier » style consisting in croissant and cappucino. I recommend this hotel and I would return back with great pleasure. - I stayed there over the weekend with my friend. We appreciated their flexibility; we did not have to pay extra for late arrival (around 22pm Friday), we could leave our luggage after check-out until late afternoon hours of the day of departure. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.
