  the staff at this hotel were great. We were greeted and welcomed from the moment that we touched the front door. The front desk staff were great at making suggestions, helping with bookings etc. I stayed at another "big chain" hotel in Rome earlier in the trip, and the the service between the 2 was like night and day. All of the main sites were within walking distance, only the Vatican was a bit far, but we used the tour bus on our visit. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The room clean and great shower, the breakfast perfect, plenty to eat and lots of choice. Local restaurant and bar fantastic value.

  We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel. Our room was recently remodeled, which was a wonderful surprise. The staff was also very friendly. Located close to a main metro terminal which made it perfect for touring around the Rome area.   I liked the staff who was very kind and helpful. I also liked the tidiness of the rooms and the cozy atmosphere reflected by them. Two other positive things are the restaurant which is right across the hotel and the nearby hypermarket. The free WiFi is a must these days and the included breakfasts much appreciated.   First of all the staff were all amazing. From the brilliant Mariella at the front desk to the senora cleaning the rooms. It is close to Roma Termini station and the main bus station too. Just a few minutes walk. The rooms are big and nice. Also quiet. No traffic noise from my room on 5th floor. You get all the help you need from the staff. Y - The situation of the hotel is absolutely perfect: 5-minute walk from Termini station and near the city center). The staff is very friendly, polite and client-oriented. The receptionist helped us with information about the city (map, how to get to the sightseeings, transport etc.). Room was clean and well-equipped, looked fresh.
