Near to Colisseum with about 10 minutes leisure walk. Family room huge with living & bedroom. Satellite TV with plenty of channels & you can set it to English language. In room personalised breakfast is very impressed & appreciated. Near to restaurant, mini mart, gift shops & metro station. Customer service is excellent, our keys ready when we arrived & no waiting time.

Nice B and B. Helpful staff and a pleasant breakfast. Pricing was good for the days we were there and not too far from the Metro which is one stop from the Terminal, so you can get to the major sites in Rome. Very close to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Several nice restaurants close by as well as take away food. Would definitely stay there again.

I like everything about this place. It is right at the centre of the city, close to the railway station, 10 minute walk to Colloseum and Roman Forum. The owner (Angelini?) gave us many good tips so we save money by not buying Rome Pass and going to really good and reasonably priced restaurants. The room is spacious and very new. The location was great (very close to Termini train station and all other sightseeing spots.) and the room was very clearn. Our luggage arrived late (due to the airline mistake) and the owner of Aenea was kind enough to stay late in the evening to wait for it to help us. We give the highest rating for the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in this small and cosy hotel very much indeed.
They kept our reservation even there was some kind of an issue with the credit card provided.
The staff, especially Mimmo (I think) at the reception were just great, always smiling and always ready and willing to help.

Merulana Suite 2 is brand new, nice and clean place to stay in. It is very close to Colosseum and metro station.
It is run by Pietro and Leonardo with the help of Simona. Very nice people! Pietro greeted us with bottle of wine and some fruits. We had new portion of tasty jellies chocolates every day.

We booked in here on the recommendation of friends we made in Sorento and we were not disappointed at all. Leonardo was so helpful, when we were at the wrong address, he came and "rescued" us. The room was lovely, beautifully renovated space,fabulous bath. A bottle of wine and slippers to greet us, what a great recommendation. Thanks Charlotte and Mark!!!!!!

did more than what was the normal call of duty. A wonderful individual
who took the time to ensure his guests were most comfortable and

Great location to get around - the night time guy on the desk was really helpful. I did read on here that it was a dangerous area and was a bit wearly - it's totally fine, so don't worry about it - just be weary late at night (as with anywhere). -
