At the arrival not so sure about this place.
Once we met the owner (Manuela) it became "the peaceful oasis". Food/advice/information = ONLY the best from Manuela!

Owner was most helpful and provided the best restaurant recommendation we have EVER had! How the food was supplied at the quality and price I still don't understand. The location seems a bit dodgy at first glance but it is metres from the main drag leading to the atmospheric historical highlights. All in all a pretty cool establishment. -

I liked its atmosphere, its location albeit it was difficult to find. I have arrived in the area and finally another B@B told me its location--nobody knew the street's name--probably because it is a small one. -

The location is great. The rooms are value for money but are basic in
terms of comfort. They are cleaned every day, the towels are changed
daily as well. The kettle and tea, coffee, sugar are available for
common use in the corridor. The chambermaid found and returned to us the
clothes left behind in a hurry. Many thanks to her!!!!!! There is some
noise from the nearby cafes but we didn't mind it))

This place is beautiful, with a lot of love and care the Lady Marisa organizes her B&B! We had a wonderful time, even though I fell sick for a whole day.
The rooms are cleaned every day, they are very nice, completely white and almost new. We even had a big terrace in the middle of this busy city.

Brilliant B&B, everything sparkling clean and brand new. The owner really went out of his way to make everything as easy as possible, personally helping us to find parking etc, and generally ensuring a perfect stay. Delicious breakfast too, with fresh brioche, bread and croissants, delicious fresh fruit and excellent coffee. Highly recommended!
