  The hospitality. The guys at the front desk were like family to us. They made us feel as if we stepped into a place we had known forever.   I was looking for the hotel that should be inexpensive yet close to the city center, clean and comfortable. The Valentino hotel was just what we needed. I would also like to say many thanks to the guy that worked in the evenings (unfortunately I do not know his name). He was really helpful. The hotel is close both to the main sights and to the bus stop (we arrived from Catania). The breakfast is very good. The room is clean. Good working facilities.

  Very nice staff, absolutely helpful, kind and friendly. The hotel is well-located, very close to the city center (app. 10 minutes walk from Piazza D'uomo), and very close to the fancy bar, Spinella :) On the other hand the rooms are not noisy at all. The prices are very good compared to the location and the service. And the breakfast was just love... hva folk sier » ly! The fresh bread with blood-orange juice and the desserts... Awesome! I can just reccomend Domus Hotel Catania to anyone! - Large, clean rooms, well equipped . The balconies facing Via Etnea are small, but yes, you do see Etna. Very nice staff, both at reception and breakfast. The central location on Via Etnea is convenient; of course it comes with street noise - but the solid window shutters together with the air condition solved our sleeping problems. In short, excellent value for money.

  First of all – perfect location in the town. It is very easy to get this place from airport by bus. This hotel situated in the historical centre of the town. The all main attractions are in a walking distance from hotel. The hotel itself is very cosy and charming. The room we stayed was very specious with very high ceiling and balcony. I would definitel - The rooms have a high ceiling according to the old concept of building healthy, airy and unstuffy rooms. The Auberge de Castille in Malta has the same style of rooms on the inside. The breakfast was very good and the choice of cereals was to my liking. As a coffee drinker, whether cappuccino or American, both satisfied my appetite. Service is generally excellent. A very friendly and genuine treatment throughout our stay.

  Excellent location for sightseeing. Beds and pillow (self selection)excellent as were the bathroom and breakfast. Highly recommended. - Staff were friendly and very helpful and efficient. I drove to the hotel and all I had to do was follow the signs to the Best Western Mediterraneo once I entered the city of Catania.I was able to find it with ease.
