  We stayed 3 nights in this B&B and were very comfortable. We had a clean comfortable room with a bunk bed for our child. Bathroom was neat and clean, though a bit small. Location is very convenient with good connections both by bus as well as metro to various attractions of Rome. Colosseum and Roman forum are a 15 minute walk from here. We had to pay full price of stay in advance but we got what we were promised in re - We loved that it was like a small appartment so you have much more space than a common hotel room. We had a (big) plus since ours had a private terrace with a table so one could relax after a busy day walking through Rome. Even if we didn't used much of the kitchenette, it is a plus. Cleaned daily. Very close to termini station, so it has very good access to public transportation. Definitely very good value for money.

  The staff were super friendly and helped me out when I needed it. The room was perfect and exactly what I wanted. - It's in a typical old building, which allowed us to experience living in a real Roman home. Staff is friendly.

  I stayed there for three nights with my wife and daughter. The location is perfect as it is only 10min walk to Termini which is the main tube/train station. Also, Rafael was very nice and provided useful information on the sites to visit. What we like the most was that the room was clean, tidy and just perfect for the three of us. A tip of advise on the restaurants near the B&B are Bar Florans (or something similar as I don't r - Perfect location, 3 minutes by foot from Termini Station. Very friendly manager, gave us perfect advice on historical sites and city tours. The room was very clean and had everything you need (e.g. flat TV, private bath, WiFi, comfy bed, etc.). The breakfast was in a charming coffee shop nearby. I would totally recommend it.

  Babu stood up for his reputation being an excelent host. Room is spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom clean and large. Tv + a/c very good. Also wifi connection. The location is excellent. 3 blocks from termini. I searched Google Earth before and it was easy to get there. I recommend this hotel and I would return back with great pleasure. - I stayed there over the weekend with my friend. We appreciated their flexibility; we did not have to pay extra for late arrival (around 22pm Friday), we could leave our luggage after check-out until late afternoon hours of the day of departure. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.

  We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and we would recommend it. Excellent location: just two blocks away from Termini train and metro stations. To get there from the airport, We got a bus for just €5. Then it's a very short walk from the station to the hotel.   Close to Termini Station and easy to find. Staff was very friendly and help a lot with all questions. Amazing elevator. Never seen before so small and old. Good budget hotel with excellent cleaner's work( 5-6 new towels every day) Freezer at room. We liked our week staying at that hotel! - No frills but comfortable accommodation. Good value for money and very close to Termini station. There is also a pleasant courtyard for sitting out in the evening.

  Spacious room, with nice furnishings and fittings. The "chromatherapy" lights are a nice touch. Nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. Locations is very practical for the station and public transport. The owner is extremely helpful and obviously cares about his business. - The holder is very nice there.
