  Everything, especially location, quality of room, clean, hotel staff - The hotel had a luxorious but homely feel to it. The staff were exceptional. They were very helpful and friendly.

  We stayed at Villa Cora in July which was a pretty hot season in Florence. And Villa Cora has an amazing pool area which is a huge advantage among the best hotels in Florence. Chill by the pool after a great day at the museums. It's just fantastic. Staff is professional. Food is good. Free shutle bus takes you to the center of Florence and back e... hva folk sier » very 30 minutes. And it is only a 5 minutes drive to the old city, so the location is the best. One of the best hotels we have ever been. And believe - The weekend spent at Hotel Villa Cora was a great experience. The beauty of the building, the attention to details and privacy you get are good reasons to go back. The services, professionalism and kindness of the staff was something we also enjoyed. The hotel is close enough to the center (if you are not used to always be in the car) and they also offer a shuttle which we took on the way back in the evening. Great stay in a beautiful place.

  We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Villa Tolomei. We had a junior suite with a fabulous view over the Tuscan countryside. Our room was vast and very luxurious. The breakfast was wonderful and varied so no one should be disappointed. You are in a 15th century Convent but everything has been tastefully renovated. The taxi's are frequent and staff will gladly call one, but don't be set on a price; - The hotel resort is a mix of both, renaissance and modern architecture. It is a wonderful jewel as a villa hotel resort. Beautiful high ceiling rooms with beautiful fresc, well designed for amalgamating both the old (restored professionnaly) and a sort of modern renaissance. Will definitely go back, the view and the Tuscany sunsets are unbelievable.
