  everything. the staff were very helpful and pleasent. the breaksfast was nice and served quickly. the rooms are well aired ant the towels/ sheets changed regular. it is in the perfect place for all the tourist attarctions. easy to find.... - Hotel is high up on the hills above Sorrento and have a beautiful view of the water and Mount Vesuvius acros... hva folk sier » s the bay.   It was a great stay in Hotel Genzianella. The staff is really polite and all of them speak english. We checked in on friday 8th november. They gave us a city map, explain how to find all the sights, where to eat local tasty food, but not in the tourist area. Also the hotel is 24/7. It is 20 minutes far away from the station and 10 minutes from Duo... hva folk sier » mo. Location is great. The hotel is located on the 3rd and 4th flor but there is elevator. I totally recommend this hotel. - We only stayed for one night, so I can't really offer a great review...but our room was clean, large and comfortable, the man at reception was very friendly and helpful, WiFi was free and worked okay, and the location is great. Although we didn't use them, the common room and dining area looked nice too!

  it was cheap, clean and very helpfull staff - Good location, calm environment, friendly Front office staff. Good for short stay and not-too-heavy-luggage travellers ;-)
