  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Mercure Bergamo Palazzo Dolci, the location of the hotel was excellent, convenient for the train station and within easy reach of the airport, with good restaurants close by.   Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help.
