  Located on the ground floor of the renovated old city building. This is an excellent hotel for a couple traveling with the small toddler. One of the few in a city such as Florence. This is mostly to the common kitchen (2 of them) freely accessible . And since it is only 8 rooms it is never crowded. Its a pleasant 5 to 10 minute walk from the main attractions. I would describe this hotel as 'boutique' - only 5 or 6 rooms all on the ground floor. Staff were friendly and helpful and can assist with booking tickets for the main attractions.
