  The stuff!!! "Il signore" looks like a person from Visconti's movies. He knows everithing about Florence and hotels. Very kind!!! The breakfast was good, the room nice, the situation of the Hotel excellent. Anyway we passed first without seeing the name of the hotel (is very small written). - The owners were so nice and helpful.   I loved my stay at that place. The apartment is huge and the location is superb! A few minutes walk from the historical center and all the sites. Everything was spotless clean and both kitchen and bathroom had all the amenities. The landlady who manages the place, AnaMaria, is very very friendly and made me feel very welcome. The apartment was in a really good position and within easy walk of most museums and attractions and also the hop on hop off bus stop. Close to little supermarkets for self catering, and as vegetarians, we found quite a lot of good vege restaurants and food within close walk.

  We loved it for its excellent service and brand new facility. They waited for us to check in, without being asked they handed us a city map and guided us to all interesting sites. Breakfast was served in the room, simple croissant & cake and orange juice & coffee & milk, but delicious. Room was nicely designed that we loved, and large ... hva folk sier » too. Window view was nice. Bathroom was large and clean, felt like home. Tv was working well as well as ac. It was conveniently located next to Subway - I stayed at Lady Florence for two weeks. I was very happy with the choice. The location is perfect: a walking distance from everything. 5 min to Duomo, 10-15 min to Santa Maria Novella Station. The kitchen in the BB was a nice surprise. I saved a lot of money because I didn't have to eat out all the time and was able to cook for myself. The BB is exactly what you see in the pictures. I will stay ib Lady Florence again when I am in Florence.
