  We loved it for its excellent service and brand new facility. They waited for us to check in, without being asked they handed us a city map and guided us to all interesting sites. Breakfast was served in the room, simple croissant & cake and orange juice & coffee & milk, but delicious. Room was nicely designed that we loved, and large ... hva folk sier » too. Window view was nice. Bathroom was large and clean, felt like home. Tv was working well as well as ac. It was conveniently located next to Subway - I stayed at Lady Florence for two weeks. I was very happy with the choice. The location is perfect: a walking distance from everything. 5 min to Duomo, 10-15 min to Santa Maria Novella Station. The kitchen in the BB was a nice surprise. I saved a lot of money because I didn't have to eat out all the time and was able to cook for myself. The BB is exactly what you see in the pictures. I will stay ib Lady Florence again when I am in Florence.

  A genuine historic hotel with style - It was like staying in a beautiful family home surrounded by lovely antique furniture. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect in a quiet square yet only a few minutes away from Il Duomo.

  The location is excellent, we lived in a spacious room with window facing the street, but it is very quiet during night. We can spot Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore from our window. We had a very good sleep. We are really glad to recommend it! P.S. Located 3 minutes from the Duomo and 2 minutes from the Galleria Accademia, it's the perfect place to stay in Firenze. Despite it's centrality, the rooms face the inner courtyard and is very quiet. Federico, the host is extremely helpful, considerate and kind. I'm coming back in September and will be staying here again!

The whole place was super clean, I wondered how they keep it that way. wi-fi works so well, there is a commune computer as well. also they allow you to drop the bags off at the lobby and come back later, after you check out.

  The staff was very nice and very help full. They seemed interested in us having a good time in florence will staying in there hotel. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, the tv worked. The bathroom was very nice, clean, well stocked with towels and toiletires. The upstairs bar was very nice. The hotel staff had great recommendations for places to see to - i will have other people stay here. I do not understand very much italian and I enjoyed my stay. The english speaking was sufficient.
