  Staff is as efficient, fast and yet warm and welcoming as usual. It striked me for better that they took notice of a former suggestion to solve a petty issue. Location is perfect if you mean to take an early flight (and have a car).   This accomodation is great. The owner is very friendly person who care about level of provided service and comfort of visitors. The whole facility was clean family house situated nerby center of bergamo (close to railway station and central bus station) with lovely garden.   We´d booked a standard room for 3 person, but got a gorgeous apartment at the same price! The owners were very helpful and gave us plenty of good hints to go in Bergamo. - wonderful fully equipped apartments. I was staying for the second time with them and will definitely stay again
