i have been to this hotel a few times , so I know the staff .
I left my bag with money and cards in the lounge ...and the next day it was there ....left undisturbed by the lady who cleaned the area ...brava signora ! al the staff are super friendly and helpful the evening meals are basic and when you arrive at breakfast the person there should anche piu accogliente ...even more welcoming ! A very good smple place to stay near ciampino from where you can even access rome via Metro ...free trans

At first glance the hotel looked tired and run down. But upon seeing the room it was a very good value.
Also, the proximity of the rail (or bus) line was good. And the route took about 20 minutes (on the tram) to get to Rome center. -

The rooms were all separate units accessed from the outside balcony and were quiet and had air conditioning which was great. Il personale e' giovane e cordiale. La camera e' confortevole e nuova dotata pure di frigo bar. Ottima pure la colazione. E' sicuramente uno dei migliori tre stelle dove sia mai stato. Ottimo rapporto qualita'-prezzo. Ci ritornerei assolutamente.
