  The relatively quiet central location; the very helpful and friendly staff; the large comfortable double bed and good size room.   We stayed for a weekend and it was a very pleasant experience. Our apartment was larger than expected (intended for 6 and there were just 2 of us). Our dog was more than welcomed by the helpful staff that gave us precious hints as to excellent restaurants in the area. - we found everything perfekt.   The hotel has a great location if you own a car. You can visit Grosseto city centre, and all the towns on the coast. We stayed in August, and it was much cheaper than an hotel right on the beach.
